I was talking to my dad about Remnants of Isolation earlier. After telling him that it got top rank on Games that Generate Discussion, he asked to see this whole thread. Needless to say, he had a lot of questions about the site. The biggest one being Makerscore.

Same! I wasn't sure anyone would actually use it. I'd love to do subdomains (e.g. herosrealm.rpgmaker.net) but I haven't really found a way to implement it that I'm happy with.

Also, holy hell, Pianotm - that’s a lot of posts! I don’t think I have ever – and I mean EVER – seen anybody that much in one single month post as much in the entire seven something years that I’ve been and browsed around RMN throughout that time. It’s gotta be some kind of a record…
Hmmm…*looks at all the stats* not much improvement from me, it looks like…but, hey, at least I’ve managed to get over 2500 posts since coming back in only a short of matter of time. Not bad!!!

No, what's really happened is that my great uncle died about 6 months ago, and nobody bothered to tell me. He lived with his two sisters, one of which was my grandmother, who passed in 2009. The remaining sister living with him (it was a big batch of kids) is 81 and her knee collapsed. She gave power of attorney an estranged sister, who got her medical attention, and then proceeded to try to take the house from her. My father and I had no intention of seeing the house sold and our aunt put in a nursing home, so we moved back to Saint Louis to take care of her. I have absolutely no business, being completely unknown in my hometown, and what's worse is that this happened at a time of year where the piano industry sees almost no business (tuning work will pick up for Christmas and stay consistent until summer), so I've basically had nothing to do for the past month except write, mak gam, and post online.

I've broken onto the Media and Resources list now. XD Now I just need to break into the Top 50 for post count rank ( a looong way from now, I'm not even in the Top 100 yet lol )and break 3K Makerscore.
