[RM2K3] HELP WITH FIXING TITLE SCREEN!

I'm not sure what I did, but the title screen on my game won't show up, and the music won't play. All that shows is the system graphics. I've tried setting title screen to a different one, changing the music, but nothing works.
Do I need more detail, or is this something I can't fix, or what?
