i am getting an error of RPG.vx RTP could not be found when ever i try and run my game on a different machine, i was wondering why this was and how i fix it.
Install the RTP on the machine having the issue then?
yea it works now, is there not an easier way of doing it than installing a copy of the vx rtp onto every computer it goes onto?
LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Yeah, when you create the installer for your game, there's an option to choose whether to include the RTP data in the installer you're making. If you don't include it, they have to go download it themselves.
No. You have to have the RTP if you're going to use the actual program. It's part of the default packaging. Every new game draws from the RTP for its resources - sound, graphics, music, etc.
LockeZ meant that if you're making a game and don't want to include it in the download of that game when you share it you can make that choice but in order for you to use the actual default program and make a game you have to have the RTP installed or you'll just keep getting errors since the program will be looking for the files all the time to refer to for things like monster graphics and title screen music.
You can eventually replace all that inside the program, but you will need to keep the RTP installed.
