SUPER HERO GAME PLEASE?

CloseI'm working on a Super Hero RPG for my friends and I, but I would like simple tutorials on how to do couple things! 1. How to get Super speed. I'd like to know how to MAJORLY speed up the character. 2 How to Fly. When you press a certain key, you go up, and a little shadow pops up under you! (PS: I only want two levels. One on the ground, one in the air... 3. THIS IS A MAYBE: A Pokemon Rescue Dungeon style fighting system. I'm sure it has a name, but I don't know it... :( For required info... I STRONGLY prefer 2k3, but I have XP. I prefer 2k3, cuz theres a special program to make custom charas with a HUGE selection! Please help me on this!

As for the flying, you could set it up to where the airship vehicle (made to look like your character in a superman flying pose I guess) pops up at your position and you board it.
i.e. Setup vehicle place, Hero map id, Hero x, Hero y

I like the idea of a super hero game, I recommend you play Freedom Force for good inspiration (it's a super hero RPG).

Thank you so much to you all for your help! My friends are gona love it! Freedom Force IS SWEET! It looks awesome, but I want to know more about it... 1. Can you customize your character. 2.Is it totally freeroam? The game is OMEGA sweet and cheap, so I probably will get it if my questions are answered...

2) The TC is being obnoxious and double-posted in a period of about 10 minutes, so I figure this'll make him pay attention next time.
