HELP! CHRONO CROSS.

I am in Fort Dragonia in the Yellow Room. This puzzle is weird ... So you speak to the pillar and it assigned body parts. Well, during that time my order was Serge, Glen and Kid. So I imagine that it was Serge that is the head, Kid is the body, and Glen is the tail. So I rearrange my party to Glen, Kid and Serge, and step on the blue print, but this is all I get ...
