Sorry, we do things a bit differently around here. You have to submit a game page instead of posting in the forums. To do this, just hover over the Submissions header at the very top of the page and choose "Submit Game".
Follow the prompts you are given carefully.
You must:
- have a well-written description of no less than 500 characters.
- provide at least 3 in-game screenshots that are not title/game over/concept art/sample maps. You may add more but we require at least three to judge by.
- images must show a decent quality of work. That is - no bare, empty maps; no mis-using tiles; no eye-bleeding graphics.
- all art shown on the game page (not in the game) must be credited to the relevant artist/s.
- games do not have to be English, but the description must be since we are an English-centric site.
- theft of indie resources will not be tolerated. Rips from old commercial games are okay.
- hate speech, gratuitous gore and porn of any kind will be subject to the opinion of staff. If we feel it falls below certain standards your game will be denied.
In the case of a denial, you will be told the basics of what needs to be fixed and given links to help with that if applicable. Fix the issue and resubmit the same game page.
It can take up to a week to be approved. Just wait patiently. If, after a week, you still haven't heard back, PM me and ask politely what's going on. I may just be busy or have an internet issue (or having trouble deciding about your game).
Sometimes, if the images given are on the cusp of quality standards, you may be asked to provide another image or two. Remember to show off the best images you have to offer - you want to draw the gaze of players and there are well over 2000 games on the site already.
Good luck!
