CloseI recently won some games from RMN and just joined steam.
I'm a steam Newb.
To make my account fully active I need to purchase a game or add a gift to my inventory. I was wondering if I added one of the games Kentona gave me to my inventory if this would count.
I was also looking at the trading circuit and was wondering what the difference between gifts / keys were. And what are Sacks of Gems, and trading cards, refs,I mean wtf?

I downloaded a free game to activate my account (Super Crate Box. You should try it out, it's really fun).
I'm not sure about the first question, but I think the diff. between gifts and keys is this: Gifts are actual games/programs, while Keys are stuff that you use to unlock Gifts/Games/Programs. Gifts are usually given from one user to another, while keys are bought from the store.
The Sacks, I don't know.
Trading Cards are merely collectible stuff (much like achievements). You can sell Trading Cards to other users that may want them (and conversely, you can buy them too) . As far as I know, they don't serve any other purpose.
And refs... what are those? never heard of it.

I added Endless Legend and it seems to work now.
Anyways I have Castle Crashers and Tomb Raider GOTY if anyone wants
to trade for stuff. I already played Castle Crashers and I'm sure my
non modified computer would die if I even tried Tomb Raider.
And on a side note the System requirements lab said Endless Legend wouldn't
work on my computer. The only real problem I have encountered is some lag
in the cut scenes, but the game seems to work fine. Can't trust that website.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.
