PROBLEM WITH SBS ENU TANKENTAI [RMVX ACE]

Hello to everyone, i have a great problem with this battle system: i have the translated version and i read that is possible to force the actions for characters, but if i force ally to use "attack" command, only the actor who triggers the ability will move in the correct mode, instead other actors will remain in their position. If i force the same command, but the other actors have attacked or used an item (before the forced attack), they will move all in the correct mode...
How can i do to resolve this problem? Thanks for attention and sorry for my bad english.
