PROJECT ARIA

Greetings. I hope you're all having a wonderful day! I am pretty new to this forum and I don't really have a reputation, but hopefully I come off as nice and I manage to follow all the rules. It seems like there are so many creative people on here who could be of great help to my project, a project that is pretty complex in some ways.
Project Aria involves the creation of the MOBA, "Aria", a fan-made game I've been developing for a while that I need to expand on in many directions. MOBA stands for Multiplayer Online Battle Arena, a game in which you and a team are set against another team to achieve a goal and win the game. I guess it's kind of like an online fantasy-world sport. It includes many elements of RPGs, including stats that you can increase such as HP, MP, attack damage, defenses, etc. and different job classes and characters you can play as to play certain roles on the team to contribute to victory. MOBAs are often confused with MMOs, due to their online social capabilities and are very similar to PvP modes in MMOs, but focus more on that PvP aspect.
But wait, this isn't an actual game... yet? My purpose with this isn't to make to an actual game that you can download and play, which I can see why that's disappointingly strange, and why that would make you think that this whole thing is useless. My purpose is to make a website that includes all the information, and to pretend that this is an actual game. MOBAs are known for their massive amount of content, and a lot of MOBA players constantly go onto the website of the MOBA(s) they mainly play to see what's up, because like MMOs, they are constantly updated and changes and new content is always added. So again, I am going to "treat" it like a playable game. Then, MOBAplayers from all around can come to support Aria and even talk about other MOBAs, all on the website's forums. That is the pinnacle of the project: to bring the MOBA community together. Like other communities, the MOBA community is extensive and supportive, and it seems like, from my experience, that MOBA staff don't really integrate with their community that much. For Aria, it is different. It is created by MOBA fans for MOBA fans, so we're not doing it for money, we're doing it for the community, because since it is an online game which a lot of people play, then the creators pretty much rely on their experience to run it.
Whew, well that was a mouthful! Anyways, Aria, is a MOBA, duh, I've said this time and time again. I'm just afraid that people online here won't know what MOBA mechanics are like instead of just RPGs. MOBAs, again, are a type of RPG, under the action RPG subgenre. A typical MOBA will include an entire cast of characters, each with their own backstory, personality, playstyle, abilities, etc. To play, you will be randomly put on a team of people (with a chat box to communicate) where you will select one of these characters and decide who does what role. Then, after everyone has selected a character, they are then placed into the Arena, which usually consists of your base, the enemy base on the opposite side which mirrors your side, and lanes that will allow you to actually get to the opposite side. The lanes are usually filled with towers/turrets that will attack you and prevent you from going to the base, so you need to destroy those to progress to the other base. Periodically, minions will spawn and will walk down these lanes. Killing these minions will give you gold and experience, increasing your level, while gold can be spent at the store which is usually located at your base. In between the lanes is the jungle, which is filled with neutral monsters (enemies that can attacked by both you and the enemy, while minions can only be attacked by the opposite team and opposing minions) which are another way of granting you gold and experience. If you want to know more about MOBAs, check out League of Legends, a famous MOBA that Aria is actually inspired off of.
Now that you pretty much know the basics of a MOBA (which I hope some people on this website already do) then I'll tell you about Aria itself. Aria is about a world ruled by the benevolent goddess Aria. A scientist has accidentally opened the portal into the Netherworld, releasing the evil Necron into the world who now want to take over the world. In order to combat the Necron, Aria is now "recruiting" people to help fight back their forces, by literally making it their "destiny" to do so (since she's kind of a goddess). These recruited people are, well, called the "Destined". and will act as the playable characters of the game, like Champions in League of Legends, Heroes in Defense of the Ancients, and Gods in Smite. Unlike regular single-player JRPGs that this website mostly has, the characters aren't all related to eachother. In fact some will be mortal enemies with eachother. The beauty of this is that all each of the characters' stories and lores are somehow intertwined with eachother. The possibilities of the characters are pretty much endless too. I mean, League of Legends has 123 playable characters and each of them has their own unique personality and playstyle.
And now onto the main "Roles" of the game: Assassin, Carry, Guardian, Mage, and Warrior.
1. Assassin: Assassins are Destined that deal a LOT of damage in a short amount of time, which is also known as "burst" damage. This naturally makes them excel at killing enemy Destined. Usually, assassins excel at "snowballing", which means that when they get a kill, they will get more gold and experience, which will allow them to buy an item which will increase their power which will allow them to more easily kill again, which will repeat to the point where they will be an annoying force to reckon with and, if they have snowballed enough, they can be capable of killing entire teams. This also makes them very risky to play as, for if they can't get kills (which they sort of rely on), they can't scale as well as their teammates and the enemy team, which then makes them useless to their team which can lead to their eventual defeat.
2. Carry: Carries are destined who deal the main damage of the team. Assassins, though they deal a lot of burst damage, are more defined by their ability to kill. Carries are usually just good at dealing damage to weaken the enemy team in different scenarios. The drawback to this is that they are very "squishy", meaning they have the lowest defenses out of any Destined Role. 99.99% of all "carries" in MOBAs ranged, so that they can keep their distance and avoid being targeted. To assassins, Carries are fresh meat, because since they have low defenses, an assassin's burst damage can pretty much 100%-0% their health. Assassins usually have some sort of ability that gives them mobility or sneakiness, so they can get to the back line and, well, do that.
3. Guardian: Guardians are Destined who are mainly the tank of their team, but they are more than that. Without items, they naturally have high defenses. But, they also have high crowd control. Crowd Control (often abbreviated as "CC") are pretty much like "status effects" except that they mainly prevent an enemy from taking a certain action. For example, a Stunned enemy cannot move, or use abilities and basic attacks. Rooted enemies cannot move, but CAN use abilities and basic attacks. Blind enemies cannot basic attack, and Silenced enemies cannot use abilities. Guardians are high in this because, since they are front and center of the team, they will usually initiate teamfights, skirmishes which involve entire teams fighting. Their crowd control can help keep the enemy from getting past them and will overall aid them in teamfights.
4. Mage: Mages are Destined who excel in magical power. They are often slow and squishy, but have a lot of Utility, which includes Crowd Control and healing/shielding/buffing allies. They also have AOE damage and even just general burst damage. They are great additions to teams because of their Utility. Their AOE damage is also amazing, because since it can deal damage to multiple targets, it can deal a lot of damage in teamfights where players are often clumped together to protect eachother. They are usually ranged and should stay in the back line with the carries.
5. Warrior: Warriors are Destined who, like Carries, deal decent, constant, damage, but in the front line, so they have pretty balanced damage and defense. They excel at dueling enemies, fighting one on one, and usually coming out on top, and they also have pretty decent crowd control, making them great to have in teamfights to follow up the tank. They also usually have built-in sustain, which allows them to win duels and keep their health high when fighting opponents.
... Well, that was long. I'm sorry if this is "too long", I just felt that I needed to thoroughly explain the project and the game's elements. If you have read the entire thing, that would be great and I appreciate it.
So, what do I need help with? Well, here's what I need:
1. Story/Character Developer(s)
Just people who can help me come up with unique characters with stories that tie into the overall Aria lore well.
2. Skillset Designers/Stat Balancer(s) (Has requirements)
These are the people who makes the skillsets of each of the characters, who are important to the game. The requirement is that you have MOBA knowledge, especially since Aria will follow the 1 Passive, 3 Main, 1 Ultimate ability format.
3. Website Designer(s)
Well, I need the Aria Website, of course. I don't even care if it's one of those free website creators that are easy to use, just as long as I can have a community area and a database of information. I actually like Wikia a lot too, so if you know how to use that pretty well, you can help.
4. Artist(s) (optional)
Aria will require a lot of art, ranging from the Destined splash arts to ability icons. This is optional though, for I don't necessarily "need" it, though it would be nice to have.
And that's all folks! Wow! That was long.:)
