CloseI was making a custom sprite and when i finally try to use it in the game, this happens.

You need to (if I remember correctly, if this is rm2k3) double click on the green background when importing the sprite so that the background flashes.

When i import it, the preview starts flashing the background but it doesn't seem i have control of it... Unless I need to press OK at the right moment lol

Hmmm maybe it stops flashing after you double click.
So... try double-clicking once, then see how it looks while the game is running. I think it is something really basic like that.
I don't have 2k3 any more, and I know it is really simple but I simply can't remember - sorry. XD

I dont know but i got it working. Thanks for the advice. I hope this is easier to do in later versions of Rpgmaker
Look, when it flashes it means that's the colour you've picked to be the background colour. It's easy as pie. Click the background colour, starts to flash, is now considered the background colour by the engine.
