Wow, the fan favorite Parker Brothers game returns, but for next gen consoles! I love the idea, except that there is NO ONLINE PLAY?!?!
Anyways, I found this while I was browsing gamespot, and I thought some people here would enjoy it. What do you think? Good? Bad? Going to buy it? I probably will! (depending on price, actually)

I bought a monopoly star wars game for the computer one time. I played it once.
I like monopoly, but playing it in a video game feels kind of restricting or something. I don't know. I don't normally play with all of the rules, so it is hard to play it on a system where they are enforced.

Lol.
2008 = The Year For Monopoly! ^^
And yes, Parker Bros my friends are stupid as hell. Maybe I should sell them my idea about the new rules and such for $10,000. The only thing is...ONLINE MODE DAMNIT! ^^
EDIT: I think Monopoly needs to have something new and exciting for these days and age. I mean the classic is still a classic, but you need something to appeal to the new kids on the market. When you play my version you'll see that I did just that. The new board offers items and extra bonuses such as the jackpot space and gift spaces. But I made sure I didn't add a whole ton of shit like in Mario Party, still kept it simple, but fun. You will see when I'm finished. Maybe Parker Bros will take a look at this and maybe take some notes from my example. ^^

Did you read the preview? There is a new game mode or two, along with multiple boards.
Also, I liked monopoly for SNES, so I think it should do fine on Xbox 360.
The real problem is that Monopoly is inherently a bad game. It suffers from the Slippery Slope syndrome in that once one player gets the upper hand the victor is clear but the game doesn't end for a long time.
It's also slightly boring that essentially there's few other mechanics than rolling dice and moving the piece around.

I think your gonna love our Mystery Ball
No one is safe with that thang around. ;D
And Monopoly isn't a BAD game! It's been around 73+ years! If it's bad...then it should of been buried and dead over 50 years ago! :P
