[SCRIPTING] [RM2K3] NEED SPRITE ARTIST AND SCRIPTING HELP

Yo! My name is Rick. I am in the process of developing an 8bit Fantasy Youtube series using RM2k3. I tried VX and I don't like the graphics. We are still very much in pre-preproduction, but I am trying to get all my proverbial ducks in a row. I am in need of someone who can create/edit sprites. I have reference sprites, but I need originals to avoid copyright infringement. I'll also need backgrounds/chipsets.

I can script just fine, but I am horrible with using variables, and I want this to look as awesome as possible. I don't want to use a bazillion switches. I can't offer any money, but if the first episode is well received, we will make more! I have voice actors, and I am writing and producing, just need some help in these areas.
