[RMVX ACE] PERMAMENT CALL OF COMMON EVENT

Hi, for a game I'm making, there's a common event managing xp and level of an actor.
What I need it to do, is to run on all maps throughout the game, and I don't feel compelled to have an event just to call up this common event every single map - is this possible?
Have it trigger by a switch. At the start of the game turn that switch on. Viola. As long as that switch is in, the event will run. If you want it not to run, just turn that switch off. Easy~

Sometimes it's easier to think of the more complicated ways instead of the simplest. ^.^
