CloseOkay so this has probably been done to death but I'm curious as to what everyone's dream team would be. Now imagine the team gets along nicely and is generally supportive and productive regardless of who might actually be in it and real life relations. Who do you think would make the best team to develop an RPG and why? Maybe segment things into sections like "Mapping" "Writing" "Art" if you want to elaborate more.
I personally would love to see the following team do a project: dhm, Brickroad, Nessiah, KoopaKush, Fallen Griever (Sated now I think), Dark Gaia, Aegix Drakan, and finally Anaryu. I feel that this team would make a damn good RPG if they managed to stick to what they do best and coordinate efforts.
To be exact Koopa and Brick would stick to mapping and map design. dhm and Dark Gaia would stick to scripting and minigame design. Fallen Griever and Aegix Drakan can do story and character design. Anaryu and Nessiah just lord over all of them and make them work...with a whip. Just kidding they would do interface design because I like their HUD and Menu design, top notch artwork.
So who is YOUR fantasy game dev team?

Fomar, Ocean, Nick Cave, Shensetta, Calunio, Gourd, Pizza, Kentona, Hatch, Anaryu, Unity, Nova, Tau, Jihaus, EvilEagles, Dookie, Idrah...
It would probably get as big as Ubisoft. They would develop a big franchise with Hero's Realm: Unity and then there would be Paradise Blue: The Movie.
Edit: I think that what they would develop is about 200% more interesting question.

I saw the thread and I almost wanted it to be actual Fantasy game Dev. Where people would draft devs and then get points whenever they make something and see who picked the best team at the end :)
I have very little else to add. Because my dream team would just be my buddies anyway.

Between you and Marrend I have a feeling this thread will be either hijacked, or it will be locked and redone in event format much like Liberty's valentines day release, or release something day.
Still it's a cool idea. Having a group of people join together to develop a small game. Also I now await the man with enough business sense to make everything Cap said happen.
