SCRIPT FOR THIS BATTLE SYSTEM?

Listen, I don't know that much about programming and I don't know to what extent I should ask people for help on these forums, but I tried to learn Ruby and it was just too overwhelming and my creativity should be used in other fields than programming, There's this battle system I created that I want to put it into action to test.
Now I'll try to explain this as best I can. You have a three-member party consisting of A, B, and C, whom each have ATB gauges that will gradually fill up like in Final Fantasies 4-9. Let's say C's ATB gauge is filled up, now it is his turn, but it is only his turn for a limited amount of time. While it is his turn, the Command Menu and C's Command Slots will appear. The "Command Menu" is where "Attack Magic Items etc." can be selected and the Command Slots are the amount of commands that C will be able to execute in his turn. So let's say C has 4 slots and "Attack" takes up one slot, he enters "Attack Attack Attack Attack" and he can either wait until the time limit on his turn is up or he can finalize the commands. He will then execute those commands, which will be executed no matter what, even if you're choosing commands for the next character. So I guess it like waiting for a characters' turn like in Final Fantasies 4 - 9 and then entering a chain of commands to be executed like in Final Fantasy 13.
So yeah. Does this even sound good as a battle system? Of course going through 500 menus to pick the commands you want will be annoying (which I have plans to improve) but for the purpose of testing, I'd like to keep it simple.

Other: Action Times + 400% might do this.
For the ATB you could use Fomar's in conjunction with Yanfly's battle system.
