I'm trying to submit an RT2K3 plugin, and this error message pops up:

Wait, you actually saw that error? Hrm...I would think you'd just get the error page that says "Oops, blah blah blah".
Are you submitting a plugin that has the same name as a current plugin?
I will look at the permissions again.

Yes, that showed up in a red-tinted, single-line box in the upper-left corner of the browser, a tiny bit below the site's menu bar (the one that says "rmn"). Actually, it's just plausible that PepsiOtaku already submitted a plugin with the same name and it's just waiting to be approved. What I'm trying to submit is the results of some code he threw together, and DynMoveTitleWindow is an obvious thing to call it.
