Lookie here, I've been working alongside writer Sam Noir to create a Loonie Toons version of Sherlock Holmes. We've been diving into other public domain books as well to fill out the world in more interesting ways. For the time being (as of forthcoming Issue 2 "Shadow of the Ripper") we are sticking closer to Holmesian rosters. To make things more complicated, this started as a freelance entry into a Steampunk Anthology. So... This is set in the cartoony Steam-London.
Anyhow, enough of these 'words'! Let's enter the pantomime world of Holmes vs. Moriarty!

Everyone's expressions are terrific. Now I have the theme from The Great Mouse Detective playing in my head.

Holmes vs. Moriarty in the style of Spy vs. Spy? Epic. Well-done, this is immaculate.
Duddeesss your style improved massively I didn't know it was you at first! :D

Glad you like it! HvsM has become a pet project that started as nothing. I'm less interested in the story, than I am about forcing myself to work entirely in pantomime, and push through my own barriers. Trying to stretch and pull my designs instead of staying rigid, as I'm so prone to do.
I'll keep posting as it comes. :)
Maybe it's because I don't know the history behind Jack the Ripper, but I don't understand his motivations with the hankerchiefs.

Yeah, maybe out of context... He's Jack the Ripper... He is obsessed with ripping things.
His Origin story is next on my plate to ink.
