It's Mack. Also known as LooseLeaf. Also known as REFMAP. There should be a thread in the resource forum that has a bunch of the tilesets posted.

I've looked online and that tileset is nowhere to be found. I couldn't find it on the resource forum; can anyone please help me find LooseLeaf/Mack?
EDIT: I found this thread from 2012 which is probably what I'm after, unfortunately the site is down and not coming back. You also commented on it: http://rpgmaker.net/forums/topics/10383/
Where would I go to find these chipsets?
EDIT 2: Follow up, got everything I could glean off of the site you linked in that thread. Not the correct chipset. I found one very similiar though, might just settle for that. If anyone has any info regarding the ChipSet in OP (Specifics, downloads, etc) it'd be appreciated!
