I was going to pm this, but really should have put this in the main post.
When it comes to comics, you're not drawing so much as conveying a language of symbols. Superman is a symbol for the good guy. So if you are drawing a stick figure page and indicate somehow that one is Superman (S on chest, and a cape?) You've given the reader a rudimentary understanding of what you're saying. What Superman is doing becomes the sentence as we read the comic panel. Superman punches the bad guy.
In this, you are drawing a part of a whole. So whether or not you think you can draw; as long as you keep in mind the symbology of what you're putting in the panels, the reader will understand, because there's pages before and after yours that put things into context.
I believe everyone on this site is capable of drawing comics. Skill level is a nonissue. Participation earns a ribbon!
