ITEMS AND EXIT

Hello, I want to make my own custom menu. All I want to do is have my menu have the options Items and Exit. I plan on sleeping in a bed to save but I've already got that down. Just would like to know how to remove all those other options from the menu.

Thank you, and its a good thing I started a new game to test this out.
I removed:
add_main_commands
add_formation_command
add_original_commands
add_save_command
All that show up in game is "Game End". How would I get the Item option back?
