Hi I need a Title Screen called The OutCast's
I want the size to be 545x415 and I want it to have a
night sky and a sword in the middle of the letters.

Title Screen size should be 544 x 416.

You should be keeping a read me file of some sort that holds all the information about who made what of the things you use in your project. So any music, you add in the credit to them in that file.

If, at the end of your game, you want to add a credit roll, you refer back to this list of names. If not, you at least release this list along with the game so that the people who created content get the proper credit for their works.

If you don't have such a list, I recommend starting one and writing down the names for people who's stuff you've used.

For example, you'd have at least three names on that list already:
Title screen image - Tim Baker
Engine - Degica and Enterbrain
Graphics - Enterbrain (if you're using the RTP in any way, shape or form), <insert other names here>
Music - <Name of song, Name of composer>, etc

It's pretty simple and expected for devs to do. Unless you created every little thing you used in your game from complete scratch, there should be at least a few people who should be credited for their work.
