What might need to happen is to split this up between "walking" sprites and "running" sprites. Maybe separate the larger-sized monsters from everything else as well. Though, I would suppose the hit-detection for the sprites would still be off. Not sure what it would take to fix that!
*Edit: Nevermind, I was reading this sheet wrong. There's six frames of animation with these animations, and RPG Maker VX would want three frames.
