I submitted some voice packs and uploaded the files via the upload tab the first of which was accepted. I came back today to see they had both been rejected. The files are still there and I added some Dropbox links, but I don't understand why the first pack broke.
Is there something else I need to do?

They were rejected because there was no link to an actual download on the page.
Resources will not be accepted if there's only a link to a site or broken links. I've trimmed up the Resource section looking for dead links and non-links in the last day or so, so if your submission was retroactively denied this is the reason.
Once you add a link to a download for the files to the page, resubmit and it should be fine.
Basically, members need to be able to download the resources straight from the page. If they can't, there's no reason for the page to exist.

OK thanks for ficing up, you might want to disable the downlaods tab if it doesn't connect with the resource page though!
