CloseOne reason why the IRC thing never pans out is because people come in at random times of the way, say 'what's up', and seven hours later, someone else says 'what's up', and the original person is long gone. Ad infinum. ;
So I'm thinking it would be easier for everyone if we had a set time every day for everyone to come in at the same time and chat. That way, IRC would eventually see more use and over time it will be used regularly more.

Don't just join the chat and not say anything either. At least say hello. I ALWAYS respond to someone if I am present and say hi.

Problem: Everyone is in a different time zone. Hell, we have members in Australia and the like (which is pretty cool!).
Solution: We all need to decide upon the time zone to use, whatever is most convenient, along with a new time to all come in.

You guys are right about the time zone. Of course the time is upon to change; suggest some times!

We should use whatever WIP's on, because (I assume) he's big jefe around here, right? Isn't the RMN server with WIP anyway?
I don't think it really matters whether WIP is on or not. If WIP wants to join in he can if he wants.
So does anyone have any issue with the time noted? It's always up for change. A few of us are on right now.
Better yet, use Greenwich time. GST and all.

Sorry to double post, but I have to say that so far, this is working out pretty good. IRC has gotten a bit more lively. Keep it up! Every day at seven, and even if it isn't seven, stop in!
