It's a little early to say, don't you think? I would personally wait if you don't already have vxace, atleast until they give a release date for mv.
I'd say for now get vx ace as its always on sale one time or another and a bunch of us have extra keys like zeig.

Im not sure how youd do it all on phone other than through a web browser, though you should have a PC with windows on it to run VX Ace.
Ah yes, my laptop broke on the 27th, I'll just use someone's i know in the near future or wait a couple weeks to replace, etc.

Just be sure to look up zeigfried mcbacon on steam and add me as a friend so I can message you the key there.
I foresee it being a while before MV hits shelves, and considering VX Ace cost $90 when it debuted in English I can't imagine MV will be any cheaper.

MV will see release in Winter. If you're familiar with Javascript maybe go for it, if not; maybe wait a little bit for the usual suspects to make scripts for it... or learn Javascript.

It might be years before MV is localized if it ever comes at all. So I don't really regret getting vxa. Although I hope mv turns out really well and does get localized, because tablet support is a big deal imo.
