Closei am playing this game called " Aorta" this game have high level of profanity aswell as some violence and sex related stuff. Which is kinda realistic and interwine with the story perfectly

This looks good, also i noticed the game you recommended is having a black color background on its page. Aswell as Aorta have black background too. Like Black represents mature or something.
dark pages can sometimes look good. It's basically CSS used by the creators of the game pages to spruce them up a bit.

Alright, so long story short. there is no way to find amature games. i have to search it manually because of no mature tag systems. or perhaps you guys can list the name of games here.
We don't have too many. You might try some genres that are usually darker in nature like horror. You might also try modern and comedy, since people tend to use language in those, and more mature situations.
