I'D APPRECIATE THE HELP

CloseI hope none of you mind that I post this, but getting help online seems to be impossible these days, so hopefully this community (or another one) can resolve this issue for me.
Long story short...
...I don't own a PC, yet there are many amazing games made with the RPG Maker progran which can be played on Android using RPG Maker MV, NekoXP Player, ChocoR2KP, and a few other mobile/semi-mobile apps.
That being said, there are a few RPG Maker games I wish to play, however, I can't open EXE files cause well... it's an android phone, not exactly a possible thing.
With this in mind, I am trying to make a few friends/allies willing to help me acquire such games by:
1) Opening these games for me and then taking all the packaged files and zipping/RARing them.
OR
2) Convert EXE file into a ZIP/RAR file for me to extract the data out of.
If anyone is willing to help, I would greatly appreciate it until I get a PC someday.

The game is called "Final Fantasy Dreams", and I have all the RTP files, but I can't open nor extract data from the EXE.
In summary...
1) Get the game's data files
2) Zip/RAR the files
3) Upload zip/RAR to mediafire or elsewhere for me to download.

Well, for one, you're expecting a reply from a slow community in less than an hour.
Also, you gave a vague title and a kind of weird request that involves other people doing work for someone they don't know, so yeah.
No surprise replies are slow, especially if you get miffed that nobody's done your bidding in an hour.
(Also yeah there's no point in posting if you CAN'T do a thing. Otherwise, I'd have to spend all my day in the help forum telling folks I can't help them!)

To the best of my knowledge, Final Fantasy Dreams comes as RAR file that contains an executable file. It is not a self-extracting executable. It's an executable to play the game. This isn't a case of the data being accessible to anyone and everyone, even if they happen to have TsuK3 (or 2K3). There might be people around here that have the data in the form that you need, or have a way to extract such data, but, I don't know who they might be, or what program to use.
