Hey, might as well have another Square-Enix representative in there. If Capcom can have both Mega Man and Ryu– why not Square-Enix with two (or possibly more) characters? I mean, they have so many other characters that they could use in there as well, like Crono or Geno too. The sky’s the limit for them.

So, would he be like a Blob clone from the Clay Fighter series where he could morph his entire body into different types of attacks? That would be pretty cool, expect Corrine has that thing kinda going on for him, I guess. *sighs*

Unless the next game they plan on cutting Street Fighter Ryu and plan on putting in Breath Of Fire Ryu instead…but that’s probably not going to happen, isn’t it?

What if Slime from Dragon Quest

okay okay what if... we had an 'Erdrick AND Rocket Slime' combo character, kind of like Rosalina and Luma?

He wouldn't be just another fantasy swordsman, but a swordsman with a slime that can throw 10t weights around and slingshot like a badass.

I have to say, I'm not too crazy about this introduction of third-party DLC to Super Smash Bros. I think the idea of putting a bunch of people's favorite characters into one game is definitely a gamer's cross-over dream-come-true, but I'm just worried that one of these days, the Nintendo-based fighting franchise might turn into, I don't know...... Super Third-Party Bros.?

Especially since there are still a lot of Nintendo characters that could still make the cut: There are plenty of Pokemon, plenty of odd-ends Mario characters (Especially the villians. Fawful would be great.), some guys in the Donkey Kong series (No King K. Rool?), plenty in Fire Emblem (Some laguz would be awesome) Starfox (Seriously, what about Wolf O'Donnel?), Legend of Zelda..... I could make a huge list with just those series.


But, there's nothing much to do about it, since Nintendo's already made up it's mind.

Ah well.

I cast my vote for Chrono Trigger. I think all of it's characters could be used, but I'd mostly want Magnus. I like Robin's unique play style, so I'd enjoy having another magic-based user in the game.

It's someone from SMT I think.

With the upcoming Fire Emblem X SMT game I totally DO want to see an SMT char.

I think that the chances might be pretty high with something like that. They'll probably use someone from that specific cross-over, though.

In fact, if I see a new Nintendo game coming out, I'm going to expect a character from it to be submitted to the Sm4sh crew. Corrin was really a nice, 'subtle' hint.

There should be more Fire Emblem characters. Like that one guy. And that other guy.
