MAKE EVENTS FOR ONE REGION ONLY [RMVX ACE]

Hello! I'm working on a certain map...here's how it goes. When I exit my house and enter the new region outside, I want there to be a sun graphic and a specific BGM. But here's the problem...The graphic and BGM are still present when I walk back inside of the house! I only want these events in one map only! I'm a newb so detailed event help is needed! Here are the screenshots of my set-up, please let me know what to change.

Fade the BGM and erase the sun graphic by putting those commands when you transition to the door. (a.k.a. the transfer door event)

After that, the problem's over.
