Star Wars would've made a good tie-in DLC for Mario Kart, but an entire game based around it? I don't how that would go.

It's too bad Nintendo has a contract with Universal and Star Wars is owned by Disney, otherwise this might've had a chance as a real thing.

I want another Pod Racing game. That game was pretty fun.

I was gonna say, why bother with Star Wars x Mario Kart when you have Star Wars Episode I Podracer?

Ah hah! Good one!

I remember most of the times that I'd seen this game played back then, the poor unfortunates playing it would be talking about it's glitchy-ness at the end of every race. Let it be known that to this day, I have not played it due to word of mouth and witnessing. I played Diddy Kong Racing instead -.-

Honestly, I think this would be pretty cool. I loved using the ships in the first two Star Wars Battlefront games, and as long as it played similarly to those, that'd be great.

I'm still going to vote for Quasimodo though, just because.

The "poor unfortunates" must have not been playing the same game as me then. It's pretty solid, if a bit hard to figure out at first. Once you get into it, it works well though.

I can agree that they definitely didn't get into it enough then.

Of course, when I last saw this game, my friends and myself were all children, and were not patient enough to take the time to learn something that wasn't pick up and play. We had so many other games available to us that were enjoyable and easy to jump into that they really didn't want to bother with it for too long.
