Announcing the Bad Box Art Challenge!

The art on the covers, cartridges, and jewel case inserts of some video games is so bad it's funny. The best (worst?) examples are not only poorly illustrated, but also seem to belong to entirely different games than the ones they supposedly depict.

What if the games in these boxes actually resembled their terrible cover art? Let's find out!

Participants will have 48 hours to make a game based on an art sample from our Gallery of Trash.

Start: Friday, March 25 at Midnight (Pacific)
Deadline: Sunday, March 27 at Midnight (Pacific)

Man. This jam would be awesome to enter, though i'm doubting if i should, considering the tidal wave of people who are going to use the box art i wanted to use if what the activity feed says is true.
