I am not the best but hey you learn.
I tried making Chilaquiles from scratch more or less.
It turned out okay, the tortillas were not crispy enough and just turned soggy when I added the Sauce.
Also an evil omen! 3 twin eggs!!! Let's go watch anime in the theaters now!

No more twin eggs? Seriously when you find 6 twin eggs in a row you just have to think it's cool. I guess.

My hunger level goes up by five points every time I see a food topic :(

In general, yes, I do not like eggs. However, there are a few forms like scrambled eggs. That meal is fine :D

yap pizza is really good!
it's mostly just prep work, like cutting and stuff. Basil and garlic really is good on pizza @__@ I've never tried making pizza doe yet. the sauce is pretty easy to make too just a number of spices and canned crushed tomatos. never tried making a pizza sauce from scratch yet, but basically i think you boil tomatoes then you food process them with a bunch of things.
I have only ever used tortilla shells or premade pizza shells
frozen pizza can be dressed up too!

Yeah, those don't look at all like the chilaquiles I'm used to. But hey, if you like your chilaquiles crispy, go for it... Personally, I'm kinda curious about American Mexican food. I want to try one of those "hard-shell" tacos that I hear so much about. They can't be that bad.

To be honest I'm considering just not posting any more food pics here MadJak!
You are just one person, who very recently joined the forum, but why cause unnecessary pain? I don't particularity have a super big passion for posting food pics either!
Trust me when I say this though. I made you the most delicious imaginary burgers the other night. Made the bbq sauce myself and everything. Did take a pic but I decided not to show, because I'd just make you unnecessarily hungry, maybe even sad because you can't eat a picture of burgers :(
