Well...that's a comment I can't argue with. I suppose you could be lying, but I have no reason to think that atm. I thought Ratty was strange but was nothing hasn't really done in previous mafias. I'm not going to argue with a cop reading, though.

I can only see 3 reasons for you being so confident that CAVE is telling the truth:
-1) You're both in the same team and CAVE told you his role.
-2) You're both scum and are trying to either get the real cop out, if there is one, or you're trying to kill ratty because he's easy prey.
-3) You have absolutely no reason to believe CAVE is telling the truth and are going into this without proper proof, which hurts your credibility.
Please, do point out any flaws in my logic, there might be something that I haven't seen, there's a lot of posts here.

It doesn't matter if you think cave is lying or not (I don't, ratty's been top scum for a while). cave is either lying or ratty is scum. And there's an easy, easy way to find out if ratty is scum (lynch him, you should all be lynching him by the way). And if cave was somehow dumb enough to lie about having proof of ratty's scumminess, we kill him tomorrow. There's no way mafia is so desperate to get rid of ratty that they'd sacrifice cave to do it.

Stop right there. Your entire post is pointless until there's a viable counterclaim on Cave. The only useful thing in your post, at this point is, "...don't know..."
A player has claimed specific knowledge of another player's alignment. Dismissing it is a bad play.
Oh, and you should know that because you're objecting to a common viable action in response to an as yet uncontested claim, and using it to suggest scum, your post looks like scum-shifting.
Unless you have an informed reason for contesting Cave's claim.
The FLAW IN YOUR LOGIC is that you're missing half of the vital information needed to suggest that we should ignore Cave.
Act on information instead of absence of information. The only information we have is, Cave is cop, and Ratty is not town. There is no information to refute it, and when Ratty finally responds, we'll have his word against Cave's, and we have no more reason to believe Ratty.

Oh, I don't think enough people are going to vote for Ratty that he'll hammer before we hear from him.
As for Cave's ability...you'd think these things would only be night actions, but there have been a lot of games with day actions, lately. I'm not taking anything for granted...it's an awfully dangerous lie for Cave to attempt. I don't think he'd chance it; not Cave.
