I am starting a Visual novel- but if I can get some RPG peeps... that would be amazing.
Name: Story Teller
Characters; Youtubers
Paid: Yes & No
( I don’t have a lot of money, but I would be willing to contribute every week or every other week to team members.)
((I don’t know what I’m doing, I just have the story... So if I could get someone that knows what to do to kinda help or take control...would be awesome. ))

You seem to have a little bit of an idea of what you've got in mind, which is nice. ^_^ I personally can't help, as I've got several projects up in the air, (and I'm not all that excited about another Youtubers-as-characters game idea) but if you shared some details about either the story or the sort of gameplay you envision, you might be able to garner some interest.
Also, is this your first game? You might have better luck starting with a small project to learn the ropes of completing a game.
Otherwise, getting someone else to "take control" may be difficult, as people who like to take control also often have their own ideas they want to implement (or just their own games they want to make). Good luck!

Very true T.T I know another Youtube game is awful, but this has such emotion and IT is not meant to please the fans.
Story teller tells a great tale of a group who put on masks to loot an abandoned building. You have some monsters and are lead to another world. from there your choices lead the games ending.
But anyways... Yeah it would be my first game. I’ve wanted to do a game for a few years now... But I don’t know where to start. I’m trying to get in on some projects. I’ve been involved in 4 none of them actually succeeded. People flaked. I figured if I did my own game- Maybe I can finally have a completed project.
I would complete a short one by yourself before assembling a team. It might seem like the more the merrier, but in my experience it is actually more difficult to make games with others. Rewarding but trickier and definitely riskier unless you know what you are doing. If you have completed a game by yourself, that will likely be the first step to knowing what you are doing. Complete a game by yourself, and then recruit, and I would only recruit those who have completed games of their own, unless they are artists/composers, then I would check their work to see if they actually make stuff you want to use.
In my opinion, do not hire writers. The more writers the more difficult it is to settle differences and make it coherent. Those are my tips. I wish you all the best and I hope you stay around and post often so we can see your progress and encourage you, but perhaps more importantly so you just enjoy the company and be inspired.
