I could make it for you. What engine are you using? Also what's your budget? My prices are cheap but not extremely cheap so it might be good to know beforehand how much you were thinking on spending.

I've been paid to make megaman edits, sonic the hedgehog sprites, anime characters and other products based on copyrighted media before, which is why i ask. It's also a good thing to introduce young devs to the concept of offering compensation for things they want i think.

I do admit that what you both say is probably the case here though.
