I have 45 maps in my game and there all over the place is there any way to arrange theme more easily or can somebody explain me how the map arrangement works?

I think you can just drag the map into other maps or the main folder at the top to rearrange them

Yeah, maps can be treated like folders while in the context of the editor. So, for example, you have, say, five maps devoted to a town. You could put the sub-areas for the town "underneath" the main town map by dragging those maps to that "folder" in the editor.
