CloseI've never used any of these programs before, so most of this is completely new to me. Does it bundle up the game with the RTP? (If so, it'd be particularly convenient for me. I wouldn't mind exporting all my files if there weren't so many damn sounds.) Also, I hear it's bugged for the illegal version of RM2K. How so?

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Yes, it creates an installer for your game, bundled in such a way that you can easily give out to players. There's an option to include the RTP, which you should enable unless you're just giving it to other developers for bugtesting.
The only "bug" I know about for the illegal version is that the installer it creates doesn't include the font. This means that the text in your game will be very difficult to read, unless the player has RPG Maker 2000/2003 itself installed (since the font comes with the engine). There's a font patch players can install to fix this problem, or you can use a program like Inno Setup to create your own installer that includes the font.
