[RM2K3] INACTIVE WINDOW + MUSIC

Got a quick question about whether or not it's possible to stop the music file continuing while the player is off the screen i.e the window is inactive. Reason I ask this is because I wanted to change the pace of the music through a cutscene but obviously if the players decides to check their email or something it'll mess it up.
