CloseI have no clue on how to change the sprite association, it works only if i remove the party member and add another one, but I can't do that because i have done that in the past already and I can't make the same hero with different outfits and remove the party again because i did that a lot before and i could get lost somewhere can someone tell me how to change the sprite association because it will not change at all, i put the event, and it won't change, but if i set the party starty position there, then it changes! what do I do !!?!? please help!?
Assuming you're using the steam version of 2k3, there's an event command called "Change Actor Graphic" that does it. Alternatively, there's "Change Graphic" within "Set Move Route" that I think works for the hero in addition to regular events.

So, what Pepsi said above is totally correct and will solve any version of this problem, but can you elaborate what you mean by what I quoted here?
