Second, are you offering something for tutoring or expecting it for free? Also "know how to program" is really broad, are you wanting to study a specific language or just the basics they teach in highschool, or need help with a specific task?
You really need specifics so people actually know what you want, or nobody can help.

Probably a professor of computer programming.
You tried checking with local educational institutions? Look for books at your library? Do a Google search for lessons in your chosen language(s)? All those are gonna be more reliable than just popping into an amateur forum. (Especially for something like RPGMaker, which doesn't even require any programming knowledge to use.)

EDIT: RPG Maker has some good starting areas for programming. Mearly learning how loops, variables, ifs and elses work opens up a world of possibilities.
