[RMVX ACE] GROUP ENEMIES AND ATTACK ALL ANIMATIONS?

Hello,
I have two questions.
I've been looking around, but haven't had much luck.
1st Question:
Are there any scripts or is there a way to group enemies in a troop by type?
Say for instance you have 3 slimes and 2 bats, when you select the attack button it shows them as 2 distinct groups.
3 slime
2 bat
Attacking the group randomly has the player hit one of the monsters in the group while using a hit all move or skill will hit everything in that group.
(Like in Dragon Quest)
2nd Question:
When you use a skill that targets all the enemies it does them all like back to back instead of letting each animation finish (only for non screen animations). I'm wondering if there's a easy fix for this and where to look in the standard games data to do so. (I assume it'd be like adding a pause in between each animation)
