why? I bought and installed RPGmaker2003 from steam.
jus for the RPMJ I have used to work on.
to test run it then "it" happened.
"cannot open vehicle file"
how can I fix it?

Was your game project made using the non steam version of rpgmaker 2003 before you used the steam version to open it?

You need to import the RTP files to the project folder you're using, making sure that they've got the correct names.

Again, RTP. It renamed the files differently to the illegal version since the translation is different between them. You're going to have to rename the files that are tagged as missing or replace them in the database with the proper files.
