[RM2K3] CHECK ENEMY SKILL?

Hello! I'm kinda new to the program and i've been thinking if i could add in a skill that reveals enemy information like

"Ghoul"
"HP 243 MP 83"
"A dangerous undead"

Can anyone help me with this?
