[RMMV] CONFUSED ABOUT HOW TO UPDATE THINGS

I'm a tad confused as what to do , because first I bought RPG Maker off the website then I activated it with STEAM so it works from STEAM now as well and I have it on the setting (Always keep this application up to date) But when I go to check what version of MV I have I can't see any update version like 1.3.0 for example , so do I have to manually update MV myself ? and if so do I have to apply all the updates or just use the most recent one to update ?
