RPG MAKER WINDOW IS OFF??

I have windows 10 on my computer and the window for RPG maker window is off center. Basically when I try to click on something, it clicks slightly above it. How do I center the window back? I've had rpg maker on my computer before I had to restart it and it worked perfectly fine, but when I downloaded it again it didn't work. Also, ive tried to delete rpg maker and download it again to fix the issue but that didn't work either. Any suggestions?
