CloseAs I asked in the heading, is the RTP for the official English translated rm2k release downloadable for free like the other RTPs, or do I just have to buy the engine as a whole?
Currently the engine is on sale in steam for about $5, but I'm actually not sure about downloading the RTP. Apparently not, going by RMW's RTP page. Weird oversight, considering Ace, VX, XP and 2k3 are there.

2k and 2k3 are the only ones that don't have trial versions, either.
Is there a reason you need that particular RTP? It is weird that it's not downloadable since not everyone packages their games correctly and installing the RTP is necessary to play games that don't.

Yeah, I thought if I was downloading rm2k games I'd need to get the RTP separately just in case it wasn't included (and so I don't have to buy the engine itself to play games, which is what I've done with all other RM engines besides VX ACE).
Anyway, it's okay for now because the game I downloaded runs fine XD. Thanks anyway.
