I think you are either asking if there are other RPG Maker websites, or if there are games that are not RPGs on this website. Though, I'm tending to think you're asking the latter (or first) of these queries.
I know of RPG Maker Web, which is the official site of the RPG Maker series. They have their own forums, and user-created content exists there. I've heard foreign-language sites/communities exist out there, and there was at least one user post screenshots of games from such places, but, the names of such communities, I fear, I do not recall.

Also, Steam has RPG Maker games, and a lot of them are free. There's also:
itch.io (There are a bunch of RPG Maker games on itch.io, but you have to sift because most of the games are Unity, Game Maker, etc.)
Gamejolt.com (Same deal as itch.io. Lots of RM games, but you have to sift for them.)
rpgmakermv.co (pretty strict. They literally only permit RPG Maker MV games, so if you want XP, 2003, VX, or whatnot, you literally won't find them here.).
rpgmaker.org
abandonia.com has a few.
In fact, abandonia.com is how I actually discovered RPG Maker. I was looking through RPG ROMs and came across Final Fantasy: Endless Nova. From there, I found Delita Hydra's FF: EN site. From there, I found Don Miguel's old, but still partially working site. I downloaded RPG Tsukuru 2000. Trying to figure out how to work it, I found RPG Tsukuru 2003. Searching for tutorials for that, I found rpgmaker.net.
That said, why go to any of those sites? True, they have RM games that we don't, but rpgmaker.net literally has the largest database of RPG Maker games in the internet, by literally thousands.

Fixed it. That's still more RPG Maker games than any other site, even when you consider there's a portion of non-RPG Maker games in the list.
author=pianotmThank you
