LOOKING FOR COMPOSERS (A) EXPERIMENTAL, CREATIVE, [HIRING]

Although, I maybe new to this forum. I assure you that I've been using RMK2K, RM2K3, RMXP, RMVX ACE, along with the one that I enjoy most: RMMV.
Why am I looking for Music Composers?
Due to my ever-forever (is that a word?) love for Experimental Arts, and I've got to give you a list of the ones that changed my mind forever: Donnie Darko, OFF- by Mortis Ghost, Undertale (It's not just the story), ENEMY, along with many others. However, the reason I am in search of Music Composers is due to me no longer wanting to keep my ideas to myself. That's right, I intend to bring my imagination forwards, I intend to bring more than just an Original Story that may or may not become viral. In all honesty, it's not about becoming famous. I'm in this for the journey, the amount of time & effort that goes into creations like these. As for what I want to achieve from this? The obvious, but I also want to make new friends along the way. So, I'm going to give you all the information you may need.

Why I Need Music Composers & Not Just Any Music Composers?
As I've previously mentioned, Experimental is the key theme here. That's right, I am in search of those Music Composers who love to experiment, enjoy making instruments sound eerie, sometimes calm & relaxing, whilst also haivng a nice slow style with surprises thrown in to make the PLAYER feel uneasy from the atmosphere. Ambience is another style I am in search of.

Explaining my Project would be right, I should do this right away. I just don't want to share it here, if I share the project's name, the title, the story, the characters, the cast... it may get taken from me, and this is something I don't wish to happen on any Game Developer. No, this is about me sharing my ideas with a team that form together because they want to be in this. They want to be included, they feel the same way- passionate about gaming, passionate about art & designs. Whether you can benefit from joining me is all down to how well we work together.

Experimental Music? Any Examples?
Actually, I've got quite a few to share while the others I won't share until we have YOU on board: (again this for reasons that I've already mentioned above)
OFF - Mortis Ghost (the OST that is truly experimental, and it shows how well it all fits together with an uneasy atmosphere). This is the kind of style that I'd like to see, but I don't want just a cut-copy-paste. No, I'm looking for originality, as I explain what the characters will look like, what the atmosphere is going to be like for certain areas in the game. I need a Music Composer who can get inspired from examples, along with being really creative just after listening to what I have already said in a Voice Chat or Chat Room.

DISCORD or SKYPE for those who wondering how we could stay in contact.
FOR those who don't feel okay with that: I'm also fine with Emails, Messages, Gmail, Outlook, not Yahoo. But again, it's all down to what you prefer.

Are you willing to pay us?
I don't believe in paying right away, as what I could be paying for might not be worth the amount I'm willing to invest. However, I do believe in working together, starting off early days with discussions, going through ideas together, developing at the same time- and once we have an Early Demo? That is when I believe a payment should be placed on the table for those who are involved. Again, if you soulfully want to help me out without paying, without feeling the need for payment- I'd be more than happy to accept those who just want to work for free, as working for free can benefit us all. For all we know, the future could actually end up with us all being paid due to popularity or whatever happens. It is all down to our moves, it's based on our decisions as a team.

Will we ever be able to work with you again?
This is not for discussion right now, but if you end up on this journey with me. You see it through to the end alongside myself, then I can give you a higher percent chance of remaining in our team. Again, please don't pressure me on this question. This is about the future, and I don't wish to discuss the future until we have a product created by a loving team.

IF you are interested in this journey, taking on one of my favorite genres: Experiemntal. Then I know for a fact that we will get along well. For those who love to think outside the box? I'm also in search of people who think like this.
