CloseWell, Aquamentus is the dragon boss from Zelda. So Dragonite maybe? I'm really not sure on this one, there's a lot of dragon pokémon, but not really one with Aquamentus's signature horn.

Actually, Dragonite does have a horn, so you might be right on that one. But just in case it's not, I'll go with Salamence, since it's the only dragon I can think of that walks on all fours.
