Is there any? since i wanted to search around the Internet for Final Fantasy Sprites i know that Charas website has these sprites i was wondering if we can make our own i wanted to be like Avee

GIMP, GraphicsGale, and PyxelEdit are good choices. As a bonus, they'll let you create whatever sprite you want in addition to FF sprites.

Yeah that can be a great idea, i want to mix it with Devil Survivor Sprites too so it can be more like Original.
Aseprite is what I use. Runs you about $15 USD but is one of the best pixel art programs around.

I have used Game Character Hub, a program intentionally made to make sprites for RPG Maker, but I still found that Gimp was always easier to use no matter what. It's free and you can do whatever you want with it.
Gimp does have a bit of a learning curve to it. It's not paintbrush.
I use paint.net but I've heard Aseprite is the way to go these days!

Aseprite is great go go get it it's great man it's the best pixel art creation software there is it's got a bunch of cool shit in there man stuff you've NEVER DREAMED OF like pixel perfect lines? holy shit is that perfect pixel rotation i see what is that easy dithering tools Aseprite got it all come one come all there's a grid if you can't aim for shit get aseprite today!!!"!
